TechWave Designs Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and urges our users to do the same. In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address claims of copyright infringement reported to our designated copyright agent, as specified in the notice template below.

If you are the copyright holder, someone authorized to act on their behalf, or have rights protected under copyright law, please inform us of any alleged copyright violations occurring on or through our website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") by completing the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement. Please send this notice to our designated copyright agent. Upon receiving the notice as outlined below, we will take appropriate action in our discretion, which may include removing the questionable content from the Site.

• 1. Specify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or if applicable, provide a representative list of the works that you claim are being infringed.
• 2. Identify the material or link that you assert is infringing (or related to infringing activity) and must be disabled, including the URL of the link on the Site or the exact location of the material in question.

• 5. Provide your full legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activities infringe may incur liability.

If you believe that your content was removed (or access was disabled) in error, or that you have permission from the copyright holder or are acting within the law to reproduce and use the content, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following details to our designated copyright agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was taken down or disabled and where it was originally located before the removal;
• 3. A statement asserting that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification;
• 4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal courts in Seychelles and agreeing to accept legal service of process from the party that notified about the alleged infringement.

If our designated copyright agent receives a counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant to inform them that we might restore the removed content or stop disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates a court action against the content provider or user, we may restore access to the content or replace it within 10 to 14 business days or longer, at our discretion.

In compliance with the DMCA and applicable laws, we maintain a policy of terminating users who are identified as repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, at our discretion. Additionally, we may also limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of users who violate any intellectual property rights, regardless of whether there have been repeated violations.
